The heart of the Panigale is the 195-hp Superquadro four-valve engine. Ducati lovers might not like the wet clutch, but they'll love the Ohlins shocks and steering damper, and the electronic development over the 1198, which is huge. The Panigale has ABS, traction control, full ride-by-wire, and a host of other trickery. It's gone on a diet, too, weighing just 361 lbs dry.

This racing Harley has no exhaust system whatsoever, and was the last, most advanced bike in a series of factory racing bikes based on the "F" series production engine. It was a 1000cc four-stroke with four valves per cylinder. It cost an astounding $1500 back then, and somewhere between 10 and 50 were produced. The gray bike in the background is a 1910 Harley Single.
